Thanks to a new tweet from CDPR The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be getting HDR support on PS4 Pro soon. Last year the company announced they were bringing this feature to the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for PS4 Pro owners but not much was heard since then, but now the developers community manager has spoken out.
Marcin Momot CDPR community manager has taken to Twitter to apologize on behalf of CD Projekt Red for the lack of information for HDR support coming to PS4 Pro owners. A fan asked “Will the HDR patch for PS4 Pro users be out in Feb?” Momot replied saying “Should have more info on that next week. Sorry about the silence.” By next week this feature would either be out, or more information regarding it will be made available.
Funny i haven’t completed The Witcher 3 yet ever since it’s release. I bought the GOTY Edition few months ago, but I held back because I was waiting for this update, need to have the best possible gameplay experience. Hopefully by next week I should have more info on the update.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is a 2015 action role-playing video game developed and published by CD Projekt. Based on The Witcher series of fantasy novels by Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, it is played in an open world with a third-person perspective, players control protagonist Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter known as a Witcher, who is looking for his missing adopted daughter on the run from the Wild Hunt: an otherworldly force determined to capture and use her powers.
Players battle the game’s many dangers with weapons and magic, interact with non-player characters, and complete main-story and side quests to acquire experience points and gold, which are used to increase Geralt’s abilities and purchase equipment. Its central story has several endings, determined by the player’s choices at certain points in the game.
